French Toast

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Day old bread slices 6
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

1. Mix eggs, salt, and milk in pie pan.
2. Melt margarine in skillet.
3. Dip bread quickly in egg mixture to coat.
4. Brown one side in skillet. Sprinkle top side with cinnamon. Turn; brown second side.
