Broccoli Au Gratin
|Cauliflower broccoli/Two 10-ounce frozen packages of either vegetable||2 Pound|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Bacon slices||4 , cooked and crumbled|
Cook vegetable; drain.
Place in shallow baking dish (10x6x2 inches).
Stir soup; blend in milk; pour over vegetable.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until hot.
Garnish with bacon before serving.
