|Granulated sugar replacement||3 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), hot|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Almond paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1 Teaspoon, finely grated|
In the top of a double boiler combine sugar replacement, cocoa, flour, egg yolks, egg and salt.
Stir in skim milk.
Cook and stir over simmering water until cream is smooth and thick.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, margarine, almond paste and coconut.
Pour into 4 individual serving dishes.
