  Chicken breasts 3 (Cooked)
  Pork loin roast 1 Pound (Cooked)
  Eggs 2
  White bread slices 2 , trimmed and soaked in milk
  Onion 1 Medium
  Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Skin and bone the chicken breasts and cut the pork into small pieces.
Grind both together or chop them very fine.
Add the eggs, bread, onion, salt and pepper to the chicken and pork.
Add the chopped dill and blend all ingredients to a semi-moist mixture.
Shape the mixture into cutlets or croquettes and roll lightly in the bread crumbs.
Melt margarine with oil in a hot skillet and fry the cotletkis until very well done.
They will be a golden brown on the outside.
The cotletkis are sometimes served with a mushroom sauce in Russia
