Basic Dessert Crepes
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
In mixing bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, and salt; beat with a rotary beater till well mixed.
Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
Remove from heat.
Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
Return to heat; brown on one side (do not turn).
Invert pan over papertoweling; remove crepe.
Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed.
