Ingredients
  Bay leaf 1
  Black olives 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Capers 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Anchovies 10
  Rum 2 Teaspoon
  French bread 1
Directions

Put the first 6 ingredients in a mortar.
Pound until very well crushed and mixed.
Add, little by little, olive oil and rum.
