Quick Grilled Chicken With Mushroom & Sour Cream's picture
  Whole chicken breasts 2
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1.Bone chicken breasts; remove skin. Cut each breast half into 10 or 12 strips. Assemble remaining ingredients.
2. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and scallions; sprinkle with salt. Cook 6 minutes.
3. Add undiluted mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms with liquid and water. Heat to boiling, stirring until mixture is smooth. Reduce heat; blend in sour cream. Do not boil.
