Sweet Chocolate Souffle
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated semi sweet chocolate||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg whites||6 , beaten|
1. Prepare a 2-quart souffle dish by forming a collar of wax paper around top of dish that extends about 3-inches above the dish.
2. In a medium size bowl beat egg yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Add grated chocolate.
3 Beat egg whites and fold in chocolate mixture.
4. Fill a 9-inch glass cake dish with 1 1/2 cups hot water. Set souffle in pan of hot water. Bake in Microwave Oven on delicate food cycle for 9 to 12 minutes.
