Chicken Liver Pate
|Planters peanut oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken livers||1 Pound|
|Hard cooked egg||1|
Heat Planters Peanut Oil in a heavy skillet; add diced onion and saute until transparent, about 5 minutes.
Allow to cool in skillet.
Grind or chop together chicken livers, egg and entire contents of skillet.
Stir in salt and pepper.
