Basic Crepe Recipe

Ingredients
  Flour 7 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Pint
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Mix flour and eggs with wire whisk.
Add milk, salt and butter.
Brush heated 4-6-inch skillet with butter; pour in 1 tablespoon batter.
Tilt pan to cover bottom, and cook quickly on both sides.
