Chili Rellenos Souffle
|Canned green chilies||1 Large (1 Large Can)|
|Grated jack cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Condensed milk||12 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salsa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain and remove any seeds from chilies.
In deep baking dish, layer chilies and cheeses.
Add diced chicken, if desired.
Whip eggs and condensed milk.
Pour over chilies and cheese layers.
Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when you test it.
