Chili Rellenos Souffle

Ingredients
  Canned green chilies 1 Large (1 Large Can)
  Grated jack cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Eggs 9 Small
  Condensed milk 12 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain and remove any seeds from chilies.
In deep baking dish, layer chilies and cheeses.
Add diced chicken, if desired.
Whip eggs and condensed milk.
Pour over chilies and cheese layers.
Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when you test it.
