Crab Au Gratin
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound (1 Cup)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Marjoram||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned crab||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In saucepan, brown mushrooms and cook onion with marjoram in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, Sherry, and crab.
Heat; stir now and then.
Spoon into 4 individual seashells or baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Broil until cheese melts.
