Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
  Sirloin 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed golden mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Burgundy/Other dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole white onions 3⁄4 Pound (12 Small)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked wide noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until tender.
Stir now and then.
