Traditional French Chocolate

Ingredients
  Chocolate 2 1⁄2 Ounce (unsweetened)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

To prepare chocolate base, heat chocolate and water together until blended.
Add sugar and salt; stirring, boil 4 minutes; cool.
When ready to serve, whip cream and fold into the chocolate syrup.
Spoon 1 rounded tablespoon chocolate mixture into each cup.
Heat milk to scalding point; pour over chocolate in cups.
