Citrus Currant Sauce

Ingredients
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped dill/1 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In small saucepan heat currant jelly, onion, red-pepper sauce, salt, dry mustard, ginger, dill and orange juice until boiling.
2. Blend cornstarch with cold water and stir into mixture in saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
