Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer 1 , cut up
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash chicken pieces; pat dry; remove skin, if you wish.
2. Melt the butter or margarine in a shallow baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides; then arrange, meaty side up, in a single layer in same pan.
3. Bake in moderate oven (375°) 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and richly glazed.
