Saumon Au Four
|Butter||5 Tablespoon (Divided)|
|Salmon steaks||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Frozen artichoke hearts||15 , cooked halved|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic & spices cheese||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
Preheat oven to 375°F Grease casserole dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
Arrange salmon steaks and artichoke hearts in dish; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; pour over salmon and artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread Alouette® generously over salmon and artichokes; sprinkle with basil.
Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and cheese is melted.
