Saumon Au Four

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Salmon steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Frozen artichoke hearts 15 , cooked halved
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic & spices cheese 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F Grease casserole dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
Arrange salmon steaks and artichoke hearts in dish; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; pour over salmon and artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread Alouette® generously over salmon and artichokes; sprinkle with basil.
Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and cheese is melted.
