Apricot Cream Fondue

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 30 Ounce, unpeeled, drained (1 Can)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pound cake cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Angel cake cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple slice 4
  Banana slices 4
Directions

Blend apricots in blender till smooth, or press through a sieve or food mill.
In fondue cooker combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in apricot puree, cream, and lemon juice.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Place over fondue burner.
Spear cake cubes or fruit pieces with fondue fork and dip into fondue, swirling to coat.
