|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil/Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams||21 Ounce (Two 10 1/2 Ounce Can)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft in a medium-size saucepan. Add clams with liquid and parsley; cook over low heat, just until hot.
2. For a special sauce, cool mixture slightly and place in electric-blender container; cover. Whirl 30 seconds. Reheat to serve
