Strawberry-Stuffed French Toast
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Strawberry yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided|
|White bread slice||8|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened to taste|
In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
Spread 2 tablespoons on four slices of bread; top with remaining bread to make four sandwiches.
Beat eggs, milk and remaining vanilla; dip sandwiches.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Fry sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
