Alsace Cheese Pizzas
|Hot roll mix||13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, 390 Gram)|
|Butter||40 Gram (3 Tablespoon)|
|Sliced bacon||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce (350 Gram)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
To make yeast dough, prepare hot roll mix with water according to pizza recipe on package.
To make topping, peel onion and slice into rings.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onion rings; fry lightly.
Chop bacon into small pieces; fry a few minutes with onion.
Divide dough into 8 portions.
On a floured surface, roll out each portion to a 5-inch (12.5-cm) round.
Brush rounds with beaten egg.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter over rounds.
Arrange lightly fried onion rings and bacon pieces over cream cheese.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are crisp and brown.
Sprinkle rounds with parsley
