Dill & Tomatoes Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , cut into serving size pieces
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Divided)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery with leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Snipped fresh dill/1 tablespoon dried dill weed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon of the salt and pepper. Heat butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
2. Add onion and celery; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and dill; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add chicken; spoon some of the tomato mixture over chicken
3. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, until chicken is tender.
