Eggnog French Toast
|Egg nog||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract/Rum extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|English muffin slice||26|
|Maple syrup||1 Tablespoon|
In a bowl, beat eggs, eggnog, sugar and extract;'soak bread for 2 minutes per side.
Cook on a greased hot grid dle until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
