Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Egg nog 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract/Rum extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  English muffin slice 26
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a bowl, beat eggs, eggnog, sugar and extract;'soak bread for 2 minutes per side.
Cook on a greased hot grid dle until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
