Potatoes & Tuna Soup
|Canned white potatoes||1 Pound, drained and diced (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen condensed oyster stew||2 Can (20 oz), thawed|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce, drained and flaked coarsely (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)|
|Green peas||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Red pepper seasoning||3 Drop|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Saute potatoes and celery lightly in butter or margarine in a heavy kettle.
2. Stir in oyster stew, tuna, peas and liquid, milk, instant onion, salt and pepper seasoning.
3. Heat very slowly, stirring several times, just to boiling. Ladle into heated soup bowls; sprinkle with parsley
