Potatoes & Tuna Soup's picture
  Canned white potatoes 1 Pound, drained and diced (1 Can)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen condensed oyster stew 2 Can (20 oz), thawed
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained and flaked coarsely (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Green peas 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper seasoning 3 Drop
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon

1. Saute potatoes and celery lightly in butter or margarine in a heavy kettle.
2. Stir in oyster stew, tuna, peas and liquid, milk, instant onion, salt and pepper seasoning.
3. Heat very slowly, stirring several times, just to boiling. Ladle into heated soup bowls; sprinkle with parsley
