Bread Sauce With Walnuts

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped dry apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth/1 chicken bouillon cube 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White bread slice 6 , cubed
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large frying pan, saute onion in butter or margarine until soft; stir in apricots, chicken broth or bouillon cube and water. Heat to boiling, crushing bouillon cube if used; remove from heat.
2. Add cubed bread and walnuts; toss until evenly moist.
