French Silk Pie
|Baking chocolate||1 Ounce|
|Sweet butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Aspartame sweetener||6 Ounce (Six Packages)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Baked 8 inch pie shell||1 (Basic)|
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler; cool.
Cream butter with aspartame sweetener until light and fluffy.
Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition, using medium speed on electric mixer.
Turn into baked pie shell and chill at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
