Lemon Glazed Grilled Chicken
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Italian flavor salad dressing mix||2 1⁄2 Ounce (Two 1.25 Ounce Envelopes)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||96 Ounce (8 Breasts, Each Weighing 12 Ounce)|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; stir in salad dressing mix and lime juice. Brush part over both sides of chicken.
2. Place the chicken, skin side down, on grill about 10 inches above hot coals. Grill, turning and brushing pieces often with more butter mixture, 40 minutes, or until tender and richly glazed.
