French Crepes Suzette

Crepes Suzette is a typical French dessert and with crapes and orange. Follow our easy Crepes Suzette recipe and it will surely tempt you to prepare this Crepes Suzette dish on every party! They are fun to make and better to eat!
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (orange flavour)

1. Prepare Crepes.
2. About 20 minutes before serving, prepare sauce: In 10-inch skillet or chafing dish over low heat, heat orange juice, butter or margarine, sugar, and orange peel until butter melts.
3. Fold Crepes into quarters; arrange in sauce; heat through.
4. In very small saucepan over medium heat, heat liqueur until hot; remove from heat. Ignite liqueur with a match; pour flaming liqueur over Crepes. When flame dies down, serve Crepes on warm dessert plates.
