Baked Duet Cheese & Noodles

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), creamed
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Medium egg noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked (Spinach/Regular)
  Cooked chicken 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cut up
Directions

1. In large bowl mix cottage cheese, sour cream, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and red-pepper sauce. Stir in olives, noodles and chicken.
2. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
3. One hour before serving, place in moderate oven (350°); bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 minutes more.
