Baked Duet Cheese & Noodles
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), creamed|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Medium egg noodles||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked (Spinach/Regular)|
|Cooked chicken||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cut up|
1. In large bowl mix cottage cheese, sour cream, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and red-pepper sauce. Stir in olives, noodles and chicken.
2. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
3. One hour before serving, place in moderate oven (350°); bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 minutes more.
