Hawaiian French Dressing
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple juice/Crushed fresh pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced mint||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Blend vinegar with dry ingredients before mixing in oil, pineapple and mint.
Shake in a closed jar and chill before using.
Excellent on both green and fruit salads.
