Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 , cut up
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 2 , seeded and cut into strips
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place chicken pieces skin side up in a shallow baking dish and surround with pineapple chunks.
2. Mix juice with vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (325°) for 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Add pepper strips.
3. Combine cornstarch and water in a cup. Stir into liquid in baking dish and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
