Turkey Cassoulet

Turkey cassoulet is a mixed sausage, bacon and turkey recipe prepared with beans. The roasted turkey is cooked and baked along with beans and onions in a combined mix. Spiced with garlic and fennel with a dash of black pepper, the turkey cassoulet can be served with fresh green or grilled salad.
Ingredients
  Boneless turkey 3 Pound
  Canned great northern beans 31 Ounce, drained (Two 15 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fully cooked polish smoked sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  Cooked bacon slices 6 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Fennel seed 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Roast turkey according to package directions.
Combine remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake alongside turkey last hour of roasting time.
Wrap turkey in foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove netting from turkey; slice turkey.
