French Raisin Toast
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||4 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisin bread slices||8|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, divided|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
Combine sugar and cinnamon in wide shallow bowl.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Add bread; let stand to coat, then turn to coat other side.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add bread slices; cook until brown.
Turn and cook other side.
Remove and keep warm.
Repeat with remaining butter and bread.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
