|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (not sterilized or ultrapasteurized)|
Combine ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid and shake about 30 seconds.
Let stand until thickened, 8 to 24 hours (depending on room temperature).
Chill at least 24 hours.
