Ingredients
  Tournedos 115 Gram
  Peanut oil 30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In a skillet, heat oil and cook tournedos steaks for 3 minutes on each side. When turning, roll each steak on its side to sear edges. Season with salt and pepper.
–  Place tournedos steaks in oven and cook briefly to desired doneness.
–  Using the same skillet, prepare your favorite sauce.
