Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce is best when serves as soon as it is prepared over fresh vegetables or asparagus. You can add more honey if you want the Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce to taste more sweeter. Enjoy having it!
Ingredients
  Silken soft tofu 10 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained Package)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Yellow mustard 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

In a blender or a food processor, whip all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Heat sauce thoroughly and spoon immediately over fresh cooked asparagus or any other fresh vegetables.
