Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce is best when serves as soon as it is prepared over fresh vegetables or asparagus. You can add more honey if you want the Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce to taste more sweeter. Enjoy having it!
|Silken soft tofu||10 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained Package)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)|
|Yellow mustard||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Honey||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In a blender or a food processor, whip all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Heat sauce thoroughly and spoon immediately over fresh cooked asparagus or any other fresh vegetables.
