Ingredients
  Broiler-fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut in pieces, rinsed and patted dry
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Burgundy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Arrange chicken pieces skin-side-down in an 8-inch square glass baking dish with thin end toward center and thicker end toward outside.
2. Mix marmalade, orange juice, burgundy, cornstarch, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with waxed paper.
3. Cook in microwave oven 10 minutes at High.
4. Turn chicken pieces over and rearrange. Cook covered in microwave oven 10 minutes at High, or until tender.
