Sausage And Bean Cassoulet
|Italian sausage links||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces|
|Onions||2 Small, sliced|
|Canned beans||32 Ounce, rinsed (Navy Or Small White, Two 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White wine/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine sausage and onions in 3-quart casserole.
Cook, covered with lid, at HIGH 8 to 10 minutes, or until sausage is almost cooked; stir once.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook, covered, at HIGH 5 minutes and at MEDIUM 10 to 15 minutes, or until flavors are blended; stir twice.
