Minty Raspberry Crepes

  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mint 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Crepes 6
  Fresh raspberries 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon

In a bowl, gently mix whipped cream and mint.
Divide raspberries, then whipped cream, among crepes.
Fold crepes.
Dust with icing sugar.
Refrigerate or serve at once.
