Minty Raspberry Crepes

|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh mint||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Fresh raspberries||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
In a bowl, gently mix whipped cream and mint.
Divide raspberries, then whipped cream, among crepes.
Dust with icing sugar.
Refrigerate or serve at once.
