Simple Bechamel Sauce
Bechamel Sauce is a delicious side dish recipe that is simply easy-to-prepare. Once you have this Bechamel Sauce, I am sure you will always crave for it.
|Corn flour||1 Ounce|
|Single cream||4 Tablespoon|
Heat the milk, vegetables, bay leaf and peppercorns to boiling, remove from the heat and leave for 5 minutes to infuse.
Strain, allow to cool a little and then finish the sauce by the Roux Method, adding the cream just before serving.
