Ensalada De Tomatillo

Ensalada De Tomatillo is a truly refreshing salad. I love trying this Ensalada De Tomatillo with basil, zucchini and tomatillos. Yummy and healthy!
  Salad oil 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  White vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Cilantro sprigs 3 , chopped
  Jalapeno chopped 1⁄2 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped (8 Milliliters)
  Fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped (8 Milliliters)
  Crushed shredded lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchini chunks 480 Milliliter (2 Cups Of 1/2-Inch Pieces)
  Red tomatoes 2 , cut into wedges
  Tomatillos 4 , peeled, washed and chopped
  Sliced green onion 1

Prepare dressing in a lidded jar by combining the salad oil, vinegar, cilantro, chopped jalapeno pepper, garlic, oregano and basil.
Cover and shake well to blend.
Arrange a bed of shredded lettuce on 4 salad plates.
Top each salad with some of the zucchini, tomato wedges and diced tomatillo.
Sprinkle with onion.
Shake dressing again; drizzle over salads.
