Easy Butter Chicken Liver Pate

This Chicken Liver Pate is an extremely yummy dish ! Try this irresisitbly seasoned and brandied chicken livers for your next meal ! Feel free to tell me if you've liked this Chicken liver pate.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Crackers 3
Directions

1. Combine butter, onion and garlic in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes at High.
2. Stir in salt, pepper and brandy.
3. Trim and cut away membrane from livers. Cut livers in half. Pierce livers with fork. Stir into brandy mixture. Cover and cook in microwave oven 12 to 14 minutes at Medium, or until livers are cooked; stir twice.
4. Cool chicken livers 20 minutes. Puree in a blender or food processor.
