French Onion Rice
|Long grain white rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Can (10 oz) (Plus 1 Can Water)|
|Water||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
|Canned chopped mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
Lightly brown rice in margarine.
Add soup, water and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until liquid is gone.
