Seafood Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs), heated
  Shallots 3 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
In a skillet, melt butter.
Fold in flour.
Gradually add chicken broth.
Over high heat, whisk until sauce thickens.
Mix in shallots, mushrooms and wine.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
Fold in seafood.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven 10-12 minutes.
