|Beef tenderloin||2 Pound, cut into small cubes|
|Vegetable shortening/Sunflower oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Prepare the meat cubes and put them into a serving bowl.
Heat shortening or oil in the fondue pot until very hot.
Spear meat with fondue fork and deep fry in the hot oil until browned.
