Ingredients
  Duck 5 Pound (prepared)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange peel 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Truss duck.
Place in a roasting pan.
Brush with butter.
Season.
Cook in oven 75 minutes, basting regularly with cooking juices.
Meanwhile, in a casserole dish, mix remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Over low heat, simmer 30 minutes or until broth reduces by half.
Remove duck from oven.
Carve into portions.
Coat with sauce.
