|Softened butter||1⁄4 Pound|
|Egg yolk||1 , beaten|
|Anchovy fillets||1 Small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), mashed|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tarragon leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Fresh/Dried)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Marjoram||1 Pinch (Fresh/Dried)|
Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl.
Blend or beat with an electric mixer 2 or 3 minutes, until the mixture is soft, light, and well combined.
Refrigerate Cafe de Paris Butter, covered, until ready to use.
