  Clarified butter 3 Tablespoon
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yellow chartreuse 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cherry heering 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Fill the center of each crepe with approximately 1/4 cup ice cream; roll, wrap in cellophane, and freeze until hard.
