Potato Souffle

Ingredients
  Mashed potato 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Canned french fried onion rings 2 4⁄5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare mashed potato mix according to package directions.
Add egg, onions and stir until blended.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
