Citronette tastes nice and is very easy to make.Make this Citronette dressing for your salads and have the guests asking for more.
Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper white To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small bowl, stir 1/2 tsp salt into the lemon juice.
2 Mix well until completely dissolved.
3 Gradually beat in the oil, adding a little at a time.
4 Blend well, beating constantly.
5 Season with freshly ground white pepper.

SERVING
6 Use as a salad dressing.
