|Pepper white||To Taste|
1 In a small bowl, stir 1/2 tsp salt into the lemon juice.
2 Mix well until completely dissolved.
3 Gradually beat in the oil, adding a little at a time.
4 Blend well, beating constantly.
5 Season with freshly ground white pepper.
6 Use as a salad dressing.
